Overview ConvoScribe  is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app processes audio recordings and text primarily on the user’s device and does not collect or sell personal data. Data We Process ConvoScribe may process the following data  only at the user’s direction : Audio recordings  created or imported by the user Transcriptions  generated from audio Summaries and insights  derived from recorded content This data is used solely to provide app functionality. On-Device Processing Speech recognition and transcription use Apple’s system frameworks. Summarization and question generation use Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models) on supported devices. Audio and text are processed locally on the device whenever possible. ConvoScribe does  not  transmit recordings or transcripts to third-party servers for analysis.
